What it entails

Decisions before scissors.

The most important appointment is the one where nothing gets cut. We examine your texture dry and wet, review your color history honestly, talk through your routine minute by minute, and look at references together — what you love, and what you only think you love.

You leave with a written plan: the cut or color roadmap, the timeline, the cost, and what to do at home while you decide. Book the service with us or take the plan elsewhere — it's yours either way.

Yes. Video consultations cover goals, references, and pricing; in-person visits add texture analysis and strand testing when color is involved.
